**Job description**
**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Executive Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Vice President, managing calendars, schedules, and appointments to ensure effective time management.
- **Travel & Event Coordination**: Arrange travel logistics, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips, as well as coordinate meetings and events within and outside the club.
- **Document Management**: Organize and maintain files, documents, and records. Ensure the Vice President is well-prepared for meetings by providing necessary materials and information.
- **Meeting Preparation**: Schedule, coordinate, and attend meetings as needed. Take meeting minutes, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items and deadlines.
- **Project Assistance**: Assist with the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives, providing support in research, document preparation, and reporting.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times.
- **Office Management**: Support daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth working environment.
- **Liaison Role**: Serve as a liaison between the Vice President and other staff members, clients, and partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- **Ad Hoc Tasks**: Assist with various administrative and personal tasks as required to support the Vice President.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with other office management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or leisure industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A positive, professional attitude with a commitment to providing excellent support.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
