Job Responsibilities: Male and Female both can apply
- Oral and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
- Good knowledge in office applications like Mailing, MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Respond to requests for assistance in person, via phone, electronically
- Follow standard help desk procedures
- Log all help desk interactions / Ticketing tools
- Must be having concept in ITIL process i.e. Incident and Request Management
- Redirect problems to appropriate resource
- identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Track and route problems and requests and document
- resolutions & prepare activity reports.
- 1st level of basic support to be provided through remote support for Ms Outlook, SAP etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹284,000.00 per year
