**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Proposal Drafting**:
- Prepare tailored proposals for corporate clients and partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Handle CSR-specific documentation where applicable.
- **Client Outreach**:
- Build and maintain professional relationships to generate leads and secure partnerships.
- **Database Management**:
- Create and maintain an updated database of current and potential customers.
- Ensure data accuracy and easy accessibility for team reference.
- **Sales Support**:
- Support the entire Mumbai sales team both virtually and physically.
- Assist the Business Development team in preparing for client meetings, presentations, and pitches.
- **Coordination and Reporting**:
- Coordinate with internal teams across departments to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Track sales targets, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Suggest and implement innovative changes to improve the sales administration process for enhanced efficiency.
- Act as a central point of communication for team updates, progress, and challenges.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Build an open communication environment within the team, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
- Schedule and conduct team meetings or induction programs on behalf of the zonal sales head.
- **Documentation and Follow-ups**:
- Draft and share regular progress reports, meeting notes, and other documentation with existing clients and internal stakeholders.
- Follow up on pending action items with team members and clients as required.
**Selection Criteria**:
- **Educational Background**: A degree in MBA or undergraduate qualifications.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) practices and documentation is advantageous.
- **Experience**: Proven ability to manage sales coordination tasks effectively within a structured team.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Communication Excellence**: Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally with clients and internal teams.
**Qualification**:
- **Education**: Any graduate from a recognized university; an MBA is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced skills preferred), MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage corporate clients effectively.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
