We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator for our desk-based sales operations team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming sales calls professionally
- Prepare documents such as sales quotations and sales-related correspondence
- Update and maintain sales reports and order records on a daily basis
- Communicate with the sales teams internally regarding orders and follow-up status
- Coordinate with clients for order confirmation and resolve payment related matters

**Requirements**:

- Graduate (any stream); strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment
