Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Panchkula for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and fostering strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners. Duties include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and negotiating contracts to expand TBWXpress's footprint. The Business Development Executive will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth franchise operations.

Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Account Management skills
  • Understanding of Business Operations and Market Analysis
  • Proven track record in sales or business development roles
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
