Job Title: Business Development Executive U.S. Healthcare / RCM
Location: Remote
Shift: U.S. Night Shift (EST / CST)
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, , cold emails, and other outreach channels.
- Identify, qualify, and schedule demos or client meetings with U.S.-based healthcare prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
- Track and report weekly KPIs including calls, connections, demos, and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Understand client pain points and propose relevant RCM / healthcare outsourcing solutions.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or healthcare/RCM sales.
- Prior exposure to U.S. healthcare or outsourcing services preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Reliable internet connection and backup power setup.
