Now we're looking for our
Head of Business Development
— someone who can
own the sales engine end-to-end
, build deep university relationships, and close deals that transform higher education.
Your Role
This is not just sales. This is building a movement.
You'll:
- Own the full university sales cycle (from lead → pitch → negotiation → closure).
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across private & public universities.
- Create trust with Vice Chancellors, Directors, and Deans.
- Work directly with the Founder (me) — I'll step in for big meetings, you'll own everything else.
- Take our
Green Exam & PLAT
solutions into 100+ institutions in the next 12 months.
What We Expect From You
- Strong experience in
B2B sales, SaaS, or higher education solutions. - Confidence in presenting to top university leaders (VCs, Registrars, IQAC heads).
- Relentless follow-up, pipeline discipline, and closure mindset.
- Hustle of a startup builder + polish of a trusted advisor.
