Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize presentations, reports, proposals, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents related to real estate projects, agreements, and clients.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with integrity.
- Liaise with clients, investors, consultants, legal teams, and other departments to facilitate project requirements.
Meeting & Event Management
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Assist in planning company events, site visits, and client presentations
Project & Task Management
- Track progress on real estate projects, approvals, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Follow up on delegated tasks and ensure timely completion.
Office & Operational Support
- Assist in vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and administrative needs.
- Prepare expense reports, maintain petty cash records, and coordinate reimbursements.

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
- Experience working with senior leadership.

- Working Hours: 10.30 AM to 06.30 PM (May Extend As Per Work - Sometimes)
