What you will own

  • Build and manage a high-quality 
    enterprise pipeline
     across target accounts
  • Lead 
    C-level and CRE / FM stakeholder
     conversations from discovery to close
  • Sell 
    end-to-end solutions
     (design, fit-out, design–build) with clear value/ROI
  • Orchestrate 
    pursuits and pitches
     with our strategy & design teams
  • Negotiate commercials, navigate procurement, and 
    close multi-stakeholder deals
  • Forecast with precision, maintain data accuracy, and hit/exceed quarterly targets

You'll standout if you have

  • 5–7 + years
     of B2B sales experience (design/build, interiors, real estate, workplace tech, or allied industries preferred)

  • proven track record
     of meeting or beating revenue targets and shortening sales cycles
  • A strong network with 
    facility managers, CRE leaders PMCs and real estate brokers.
  • Executive-level communication & presentation
     skills; calm under pressure, strategic, and hands-on
  • Bonus: experience in 
    account-based selling
    , key account growth.
