Relationship Manager's JD involves sourcing home/ business loan leads, acquiring new customers (including builders), managing the loan process from login to disbursement, cross-selling other products (deposits/insurance), training branch staff, and ensuring high customer service for retention, focusing on , with a strong emphasis on achieving sales targets and financial analysis.

  • Source and generate home loan and mortgage loan business through various channels such as direct sales, referrals, channel partners, builders, developers, and branch walk-ins
  • Acquire new customers for home loans, loan against property (LAP), and business loans with a focus on retail and micro-housing segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, real estate agents, and other referral partners to ensure a steady flow of quality leads
  • Manage the complete loan lifecycle from lead generation, login, documentation, credit assessment, approval coordination, and disbursement
  • Conduct preliminary financial analysis of customer profiles, including income assessment, repayment capacity, and credit history, to ensure eligibility and risk compliance
  • Ensure adherence to DCB Banks credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal processes at all stages of the loan transaction
  • Cross-sell allied products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, insurance, and other banking solutions to enhance customer value
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams to ensure timely processing and disbursement of loans
  • Train and support branch staff on mortgage products, processes, and lead conversion strategies to maximize business opportunities
  • Deliver high standards of customer service by addressing customer queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
