Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with HNI and retail clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of queries and issues.
- Regularly update clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance.
Sales & Advisory Support:
- Understand client financial needs and provide suitable investment options across equity, mutual funds, bonds, PMS, AIFs, etc.
- Support business development by cross-selling and upselling investment products.
- Assist in achieving revenue targets through client retention and acquisition.
Onboarding & Documentation:
- Guide new clients through KYC, account opening, and compliance formalities.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory norms (SEBI, NSE/BSE, etc.).
Market Awareness:
- Stay informed about financial markets, stock movements, and product innovations.
- Share insights and recommendations with clients in collaboration with the research team.
Client Servicing & Reporting:
- Monitor client portfolios and generate performance reports.
- Coordinate with back-office and operations to ensure smooth transaction processing and reporting.
Key Skills & Competencies:

- Good understanding of equity markets and financial instruments
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
- NISM certifications (Series VII, VA,XI etc.) will be an added advantage
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/sales in wealth management or broking industry
