About the Role

A Top-Tier IT Services and Consulting organization is seeking a dynamic and strategic
Client Partner
to lead and grow key relationships with India's top conglomerates. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for building deep partnerships across multiple business units, driving strategic growth, and delivering innovative solutions that align with our clients' complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Indian conglomerates, managing senior-level stakeholder relationships across diversified business verticals.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnership success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery and solution alignment.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across group companies and subsidiaries.
  • Deliver business reviews, strategic insights, and ROI analysis to clients at the executive level.
  • Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions and value propositions.

Qualifications

  • 20+ years of experience in enterprise account management, consulting, or client-facing leadership roles, preferably with exposure to large Indian business groups.
  • Proven ability to manage C-level relationships and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and client success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Indian business landscape and its regulatory, cultural, and operational nuances.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
