- Terminal P&L responsibility for the region
- End-to-end responsibility of theatre acquisition, maintenance, upgrade, ad revenue generation, ad execution, content acquisition, delivery, equipment and product sale, Impact sale
- Drive Retail ad sales targets under the ZBH
- Acquire, maintain and improve the quality and size of the digital cinema network.
- Run a seamless and profitable content acquisition and delivery operation.
- Maximize the revenue from the network of screens by upselling products and services to these screens, and also maximizing the ad sales revenue from the markets controlled by the ZBH
- Maintain and improve the size and quality of the network: Maintain and improve competitive advantage @ screens, Improve product quality, expand inventory on and off-screen
- Upselling products and services: Projectors, fabrication, sound, solar, bulb, LLU etc.
- Content acquisition and delivery: Build competitive advantage for local and international content delivery
- Retail Ad sales: Ensure theatre-level profitability by building retail ad sales revenue specific to local screens - Review with Head Theatre Ops and collaborate with NSH
- Warehousing, repair & logistics: Overall responsibility to operate and manage customer expectations and business expansion - review with CTO
