Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for the position of Head-Commerce. The Head-Commerce will be responsible for developing and implementing GT-MT and International Business strategies, overseeing business planning, managing sales, and collaborating with the marketing team. The role involves analyzing market trends, driving growth in online sales, and ensuring seamless customer experiences through digital platforms.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and business performance
  • Experience in sales, with a focus on creating and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in B2B partnerships, business planning and commercial operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Indore
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the food processing industry preferred
