Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive/Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new Enrollment on our Institute . You will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets and expanding our market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including e.g., networking events, cold calling, referrals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Sales Process Management: Follow a structured sales process to effectively manage leads from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate the value proposition of our products/services to meet customer needs.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling and professional proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition and address client needs.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely sales records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues in sales and other departments.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the Sales Domain.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or similar

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and commission structure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
