About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Associate Business Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will support senior consultants and project teams in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering effective solutions that align with client objectives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build consulting skills and gain hands-on experience across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing client business processes, systems, and requirements.
  • Conduct research, data collection, and benchmarking to support project delivery.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for client engagements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions.
  • Support in identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Assist in project management tasks including tracking progress and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to dynamic project environments.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop consulting expertise.
