Position Overview

The Recruitment professional will be responsible for designing and executing effective hiring strategies to meet the talent needs of the organization. This role requires strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition practices. The candidate should possess proven leadership abilities, consistency in career stability, and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality hires within defined timelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational and business goals.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.

  • Partner with business leaders and department heads to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning initiatives.

  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through active networking, referrals, job portals, and campus hiring.

  • Introduce innovative hiring practices by leveraging digital platforms, assessment tools, and social media recruitment.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal frameworks, and industry best practices during the recruitment process.

  • Track and monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire) and present regular reports to management.

  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies, consultants, and job boards to optimize hiring outcomes.

  • Drive continuous improvements in recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 8–10 years of experience in recruitment with a strong track record of successful placements.

  • Demonstrated success in handling leadership-level and niche hiring.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing channels, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR tools.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability.

  • Proven expertise in workforce planning and employer branding.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and trends.

  • Ability to lead, mentor, and guide recruitment teams effectively.

  • Consistent career stability (average tenure of at least 3 years per organization).
