Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 4 years of proven expertise in end-to-end technical hiring. The role involves sourcing, screening, and closing niche IT positions across multiple domains and technologies. The recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, managing recruitment tools/portals, and ensuring timely closures with quality hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT roles including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback management, and offer negotiation.
  • Work on a wide range of IT requirements (Developers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, QA, Security, etc.).
  • Achieve defined closure targets per month/quarter while maintaining turnaround time (TAT).
  • Utilize ATS systems and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, GitHub, etc.) for sourcing and tracking candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Manage relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring alignment on hiring priorities and expectations.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience as an IT recruiter in a corporate or staffing environment.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and closing IT roles across multiple technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and major job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proven track record of achieving closure targets and incentive-linked goals.
  • Good understanding of turnaround time (TAT), performance metrics, and recruitment KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
