Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate and driven HR Recruiters to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse hiring mandates across industries such as Healthcare, Engineering, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Defence, and IT. Ideal for fresh graduates, interns, or professionals with up to 3 years of recruitment experience who are looking to build a rewarding career in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.


• Work on multiple job roles across different industries and functions.


• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.


• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.


• Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling and feedback.


• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.


• Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.


• Support employer branding initiatives through digital platforms. Required Skills & Competencies


• Good communication skills (written and verbal).


• Strong networking and sourcing abilities.


• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media hiring.


• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.


• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment cycles.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eligibility Criteria
