About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in IT and Sales hiring. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the IT landscape and a proven track record in hiring for sales profiles across different levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics for IT and Sales positions
- Source and attract top talent using various platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule technical and sales interviews with hiring managers and leadership
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent and professional communication
- Track hiring metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire to improve recruitment effectiveness
- Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company culture through social and professional platforms
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment with a focus on IT and Sales hiring
- Strong understanding of various IT roles (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.) and sales roles (B2B, B2C, inside sales, etc.)
- Experience using ATS tools and recruitment databases
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in startup or fast-growth environments
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding techniques
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting
