Job Description Executive (Talent Acquisition)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team in Noida. The role will focus on managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring the right talent is hired within defined timelines, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, and networking.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Manage candidate experience, ensuring timely feedback and smooth communication.
  • Negotiate salary offers and finalize hiring within budget guidelines.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.
  • Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and statutory requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Talent acquisition/recruitment.
  • Prior experience in corporate hiring or recruitment consultancy is desirable.
