Role & responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.

• Lead end-to-end leadership hiring for key positions across the organization.

• Collaborate with business heads and HRBPs to forecast future hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers on talent acquisition trends, market intelligence, and best practices.

• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure hiring processes are aligned with organizational objectives.

Manpower Planning

• Drive annual and mid-term manpower planning in collaboration with business leaders and HRBPs.

• Analyze workforce trends and business forecasts to develop proactive talent pipelines.

• Ensure alignment between organizational structure, headcount budgets, and talent acquisition goals.

Employer Branding & Campus Hiring

• Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance organisation' s visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice.

• Design and execute campus hiring programs across Tier 1 & Tier 2 institutions to build a future-ready talent pipeline.

Talent Acquisition Operations

• Oversee recruitment operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional candidate experience.

• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and recruitment partnerships.

Data-Driven Recruitment & Analytics

• Establish recruitment dashboards and analytics frameworks to monitor hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, diversity, and cost-per-hire).

• Use data insights to improve recruitment processes and decision-making.
