About the Role

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and accountable Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates through multiple channels to post-joining formalities, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and engage potential candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, , and other relevant channels.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across functions, including scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating with department heads.
  • Ensure timely onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in HR systems.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent engagement strategies.
