Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter located in Noida. The role involves full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will collaborate with team members to identify hiring needs, manage the selection process, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring processes
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Previous experience or understanding of talent acquisition in a technology or sustainability-focused organization is a plus
