About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead our end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, managing the recruitment lifecycle, driving employer branding initiatives, and partnering closely with business leaders to meet hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior, mid-level, and niche positions.
- Proactively source, network, and map the talent market to build strong pipelines.
- Collaborate with business heads to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Manage offer negotiations, candidate screening, and onboarding processes.
- Implement recruitment metrics, dashboards, and MIS reports to measure effectiveness.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruitment team.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and recruitment guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition leadership roles, preferably in electronics or consumer durable industries.
- Strong stakeholder management, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field is preferred.
