Role Description

This is a full-time role for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist located on-site in Noida. The IT Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Specialist will also maintain and update recruitment databases and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with management and teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in recruitment within the technology sector is a plus
