Role Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead, design, and scale our hiring function across all business units. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in high-growth environments, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to build recruitment engines that fuel business expansion.
This role will lead end-to-end TA strategy, workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment operations to ensure we attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy aligned with Tradologie's rapid global expansion.
- Build and lead a high-performing TA team with clear KPIs, productivity benchmarks, and performance management.
- Create scalable hiring frameworks for tech, product, sales, operations, marketing, and international roles.
Workforce Planning & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with CXOs and business heads to forecast hiring needs and define competency frameworks.
- Ensure timely and quality hiring across departments while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive structured hiring processes including assessments, skill matrices, behavioral evaluation frameworks, and competency-based interviews.
Hiring Operations, Systems & Processes:
- Standardize end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing → screening → selection → offer → onboarding).
- Implement best-in-class ATS, automation tools, and data-driven dashboards for hiring efficiency.
- Establish SLAs, TATs, sourcing mix strategies, and process compliance across the hiring ecosystem.
Employer Branding & Talent Marketing:
- Position as the Eemployer of Choice in B2B e-commerce and global trade.
- Create employer branding campaigns, social media hiring communications, and digital presence for talent outreach.
- Develop recruitment marketing content including job posts, hiring videos, career pages, and culture stories.
Sourcing Excellence & Leadership Hiring
- Build multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, social platforms, hiring partners, gig networks, and internal referrals.
- Lead CXO, senior management, and niche talent hiring for mission-critical roles.
- Create a strong talent pipeline for future growth, expansion, and new business verticals.
Data-Driven Hiring & Recruitment Analytics
- Track and optimize key hiring metrics:
- TAT, Offer-to-Join Ratio, Sourcing Channel Performance, Hiring Cost, Talent Quality Metrics.
- Provide periodic hiring dashboards and insights to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement through hiring analytics and forecasting.
Diversity, Culture & Candidate Experience
- Implement diversity-focused hiring strategies across all locations and roles.
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
- Strengthen hiring processes to reflect Tradologie's culture, values, and performance-driven DNA.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition across Inside Sales, Operations, Digital marketing, Tech and others, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in building and scaling hiring teams in high-growth, startup, or digital-first organizations.
- Deep understanding of recruitment strategy, employer branding, sourcing frameworks, and TA analytics.
- Strong experience hiring for tech, product, sales, marketing, operations, and leadership roles.
- Expertise with ATS systems, hiring automation platforms, and talent intelligence tools.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
