About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist
with a proven track record in
Non-IT hiring
, preferably from a
startup or recruitment agency background
. The ideal candidate will have strong ownership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle for Non-IT roles across departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations,Production, etc.).
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Source and attract top talent using job portals, LinkedIn, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines and timely reporting of hiring progress.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive hiring experience.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of
    hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment
    , preferably in startups or recruitment agencies.
  • Proven experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced setup.
  • Excellent
    negotiation, communication, and relationship management
    skills.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
  • A proactive and result-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field.
