We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist
with a proven track record in
Non-IT hiring
, preferably from a
startup or recruitment agency background
. The ideal candidate will have strong ownership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for Non-IT roles across departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations,Production, etc.).
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Source and attract top talent using job portals, LinkedIn, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and timely reporting of hiring progress.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive hiring experience.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of
hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment
, preferably in startups or recruitment agencies. - Proven experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced setup.
- Excellent
negotiation, communication, and relationship management
skills. - Strong understanding of sourcing tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
