Compensation Structure

  • Probation (First 4 Months):
    ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month
  • Post-Probation CTC:
    ₹5 LPA
  • ₹3.5 LPA Fixed
  • ₹1.5 LPA Incentives & Performance Variables

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, driven, and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to support our growth initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, market research, and building long-term client relationships. This role contributes directly to the organization's client acquisition and revenue expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to assess industry trends and potential client segments.
  • Generate and manage leads through targeted outreach activities.
  • Engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present solutions.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Execute disciplined follow-ups to convert leads into successful engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing and delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Key Requirements

  • 0–1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a commitment to consistent follow-up.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to learn rapidly and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive attitude.
