  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

  • Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools or willingness to learn
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • A customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
