Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive with 1 to 1.5 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships post-sales, ensuring smooth communication, handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and improving overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all post-sales customer interactions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar).
  • Coordinate with sales, legal, accounts, and operations teams to resolve customer queries and ensure timely handover and documentation.
  • Assist customers with queries regarding payment schedules, agreements, registration, possession, etc.
  • Follow up with clients for pending documentation, payments, and other formalities.
  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Generate regular CRM reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Maintain records of customer communications and transactions.
  • Support customer engagement initiatives and post-sales service campaigns.
  • Key Requirements:1 to 1.5 years of experience in CRM or client servicing in the real estate industry (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of real estate sales cycles and post-sales processes.
  • Familiarity with local RERA regulations (if applicable).
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
