Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive with 1 to 1.5 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships post-sales, ensuring smooth communication, handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and improving overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all post-sales customer interactions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar).
- Coordinate with sales, legal, accounts, and operations teams to resolve customer queries and ensure timely handover and documentation.
- Assist customers with queries regarding payment schedules, agreements, registration, possession, etc.
- Follow up with clients for pending documentation, payments, and other formalities.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues where necessary.
- Generate regular CRM reports and dashboards for management review.
- Maintain records of customer communications and transactions.
- Support customer engagement initiatives and post-sales service campaigns.
- Key Requirements:1 to 1.5 years of experience in CRM or client servicing in the real estate industry (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of real estate sales cycles and post-sales processes.
- Familiarity with local RERA regulations (if applicable).
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
