Job Overview: We are looking for dynamic, goal-oriented Sales Executives who will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting property visits, and closing sales for both residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong communication skills, real estate market knowledge, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Manage inquiries received via marketing campaigns and convert them into site visits.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close property sales and leasing deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign insights and lead quality improvement.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and update CRM records.
  • Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales (commercial/residential) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
