Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional who will be responsible for handling post-sales customer interactions, ensuring timely documentation, and maintaining client satisfaction throughout the property purchase process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking.
- Handle all post-sales activities, including documentation, payment follow-ups, and coordination with internal departments (Sales, Finance, and Legal).
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM software.
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding project updates, payment reminders, and handover timelines.
- Coordinate with builders/developers for allotment letters, agreements, and possession-related documentation.
- Address and resolve client queries or escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and smooth transaction closure.
- Prepare MIS reports and share regular updates with management.
- Support in customer engagement activities, feedback collection, and referral programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM or post-sales operations within the real estate industry.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to multitask and handle client relationships professionally.
- Good understanding of real estate documentation and RERA compliance will be an added advantage.
