**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)

**Job Role**:
We are looking for a female CRM Executive for our **SHASHI STEELS CORPORATION**. This is a desk-based job under the sales department, where the main responsibility is to communicate with customers over phone calls, follow up with leads, and maintain healthy client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Daily outbound and inbound customer calling.

Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Provide information about products/services and resolve basic queries.

Maintain call records and update customer data in system.

Follow up with existing clients for feedback and repeat business.

Coordinate with internal sales/support teams when needed.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
Minimum 2 years of work experience in Telecalling or Customer Care roles.

Good communication skills in Hindi, or basic English.

Voice must be soft, polite, and customer-friendly.

Must be comfortable with heavy calling work.

Basic computer knowledge is a must (MS Excel, Data entry, CRM software).

**Preferred Background**:
Should be target-driven and comfortable in a sales/support calling environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
