**Key Responsibilities**:
- **CRM Management**:
- Maintain and manage the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate customer data.
- Update and track customer profiles, interactions, and transaction history.
- Oversee data quality and perform regular audits to maintain database integrity.
- **Customer Engagement and Retention**:
- Develop and execute customer engagement campaigns to improve retention and loyalty.
- Analyze customer behavior and preferences to create personalized marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance the customer journey.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:
- Generate reports and dashboards to track CRM performance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize CRM campaigns.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals.
- Support the sales and customer support teams by providing detailed customer insights.
- Assist in the development and implementation of loyalty and reward programs.
- **Training and Support**:
- Train team members on the proper use of the CRM system and its functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues, liaising with technical teams as needed.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Continuously review and refine CRM workflows to improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest CRM trends and tools to implement best practices.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in CRM management, with hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Office Dynamics and Google Workspace
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and create actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using reporting tools and generating dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor/Master and a minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeted marketing strategies.
- Experience in automating workflows and setting up customer journeys.
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
