Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Segment customer data and create targeted marketing campaigns to effectively reach different customer segments.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and metrics to track CRM performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Provide training and support to team members on CRM system usage and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM to continuously improve strategies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in handling customer data.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,501.77 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 9 per week
