Sikka Group is Real Estate Builder Company. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CRM- Executive/Sr. Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely collection of payments and issue reminders.
- Manage customer interactions and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.
- Address client queries, concerns, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Maintain and update CRM software (Pinga) with customer data.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, and accounts teams for document processing.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Min 2-7 years of experience in CRM, customer service in real estate.
- Strong communication, relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Pinga) and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and resolve issues promptly.
- A customer-centric and problem-solving approach.
