**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, vendor coordination, and office management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM software.
- Handle client inquiries, provide resolutions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to meet client requirements.
- Prepare reports, track renewals, and assist in payment follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth communication and support across internal teams and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
- 6Month to 1years of experience in Administration/CRM.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
