Job Description: CRM Executive We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Executive to join our dynamic team. As a CRM Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our customer relationship management system. Your main objective will be to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through effective CRM strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement CRM strategies: You will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention. This includes analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and implementing targeted campaigns to drive customer loyalty.

2. Manage the CRM system: You will be responsible for managing our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data. This includes data entry, database management, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

3. Customer segmentation and targeting: Utilizing the CRM system, you will segment customers based on various criteria such as demographics, behavior patterns, and purchase history. You will then develop targeted marketing campaigns to effectively engage each segment.

4. Analyze campaign performance: You will analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by tracking key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Based on these insights, you will make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with marketing teams to align CRM strategies with overall marketing objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration of sales processes within the CRM system.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in a similar role: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRM Executive or in a related field is required.

2. Strong analytical skills: Proficiency in analyzing large sets of data to identify trends and insights is essential for this role.

3. Technical proficiency: Familiarity with popular CRM software is necessary (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Experience in database management is also preferred.

4. Excellent communication skills: You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights to stakeholders.

5. Detail-oriented mindset: Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial when managing customer data and executing targeted campaigns

**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
