CRM & Marketing Executive

1. Drive customer engagement, retention and reactivation on the platform.
2. Execution of CRM initiatives and campaigns through multiple channels as per marketing calendar.
3. Monitor Daily Campaigns.
4. Partner with different stakeholders to ensure smooth operations & execution of campaigns.
5. Maintain and improve CRM processes and accuracy.
6. Work closely with IT to manage the CRM system.
7. Maintain periodic campaign results.
8. Assist different stakeholders in extracting user databases & insights.

**Mandatory Skills Requirements**

MS Excel, CRM tools knowledge/hands on experience.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
