We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring efficient communication, and supporting business growth through effective CRM practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CRM database with accurate and updated customer information.
  • Handle client queries and provide timely support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Monitor customer interactions and ensure consistent follow-ups for business opportunities.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track leads, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Assist in the implementation of CRM strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CRM, client servicing, or sales support.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in the Education or EdTech sector.
  • Knowledge of AI and Robotics learning solutions.
  • Male candidates preferred for this role.
