**Responsibilities for CRM executive**
- Giving recommendations and communicating the things clearly and accurately back to the business, helping to inform business.
- Demonstrate a flexible attitude and be responsive to change and last minute requests.
- Present data clearly to managers across the business, ensuring that you provide insights & customer trends through data
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Director and team
- Define, support and coordinate the retention strategy in junction with the Directors.
- Work closely with the Director on developing initiatives to retain and increase the value of our Top clients.
- Working on recived leads on company site,
- Managing leads with director and arranging meeting with directors and clients.
