**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CRM System Management**:

- Maintain and manage the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Regularly update customer information and segment data for targeted campaigns.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- **Campaign Planning and Execution**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute CRM campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior to design personalized outreach initiatives.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Generate and analyze customer insights to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on CRM performance and customer satisfaction.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to align CRM efforts with broader business objectives.
- Provide actionable insights to improve customer lifecycle management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM management or a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and retention strategies is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
