Company Description

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- CRM Strategy and Execution:

- Data Management and Analysis:

- Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for targeted marketing.
- Maintain and update CRM databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Customer Engagement:

- Design and execute customer loyalty programs and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback to improve overall customer experience.
- Collaboration and Reporting:

- Work with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on CRM performance, including campaign effectiveness and customer metrics.
- Technology and Tools:

- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage and analyze customer interactions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Experience:

- 3-4 years of experience in CRM, marketing, or a related role.
- Proven experience with CRM platforms and tools.
- Skills:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Other:

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with campaign management and customer segmentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
