**Job Overview**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Logistics Executive** who will also support the **Sales Coordination** team. The role involves handling order processing, tracking deliveries, coordinating with the sales and warehouse teams, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end flow of goods and information between departments.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Logistics**:

- Coordinate with transport vendors and internal teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal teams and customers.
- Maintain logistics records and ensure timely documentation (Invoices, E-way bills, GRN, etc.).
- Handle daily dispatch planning and route optimization.
- Ensure all goods are packed and shipped as per company standards.

**Sales Coordination**:

- Support the sales team with order processing and follow-ups.
- Update CRM and internal trackers with order and delivery status.
- Coordinate with customers on dispatch schedules and delivery confirmations.
- Assist in preparing reports on daily/weekly dispatches and pending orders.
- Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to fulfill customer requirements.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication in Hindi & English
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Proactive attitude and team-oriented approach

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,101.19 per month
