**Job Title**: Logistics Executive
**Reports To**: Replenishment Team Leader

**Job Summary**:
The Logistics Executive manages B2B logistics operations, including scheduling, shipment tracking, documentation, vendor relations, and inbound logistics. The role ensures timely deliveries, accurate records, and optimal logistics partner relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Appointment Management**: Schedule and coordinate B2B shipments.
- **Shipment Tracking**: Monitor and ensure timely delivery; address transit delays.
- **Documentation**: Verify and maintain shipment records and Proof of Deliveries (PODs).
- **Weight Reconciliation**: Resolve discrepancies between charged and actual weights.
- **Vendor Management**: Build relationships, resolve service issues, and ensure performance.
- **Negotiation**: Secure favorable contracts with logistics partners.
- **Inbound Logistics**: Oversee cost-effective receipt of goods.
- **Process Improvement**: Streamline logistics operations and reduce costs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2-3 years of logistics experience in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, TMS, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

**KPIs**: On-time delivery, cost savings, POD accuracy, vendor performance, and inbound logistics efficiency.
