We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Logistics Executive** to join our e-commerce operations team. In this role, you will oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics and supply chain activities to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery to our customers. You will work closely with vendors, courier partners, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**: Monitor and process online orders, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch and delivery.
- **Shipping Coordination**: Liaise with courier partners to schedule pickups, track shipments, and resolve delivery-related issues.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishments to avoid shortages.
- **Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with logistics providers and negotiate terms to ensure cost-effective and efficient services.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify areas for improvement in the logistics workflow and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- **Returns Handling**: Oversee the return and exchange process, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Generate and analyze logistics reports, including delivery performance, shipping costs, and inventory turnover.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for shipping and handling, including documentation and packaging standards.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with warehouse, customer support, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or related roles, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and partner management.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges efficiently.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs processes, and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with inventory management systems.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience working with multiple courier partners and managing 3PL relationships.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems and order processing workflows.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
