Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Executive, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Logistics Executive will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, managing supply chain operations, handling customer service inquiries, and supporting sales efforts. Daily tasks include overseeing the transportation of goods, maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely delivery, and liaising with various stakeholders to optimize logistics processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management
  • Sales support skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in the medical device industry is a plus
