Job Summary We are seeking experienced Senior Business Development Executive with strong expertise in IT Services, Custom Development, and International Staff Augmentation (C2C).The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end business development, from lead generation to negotiation and closure, while working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Location: - Nana Chiloda, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate opportunities for international IT staff augmentation (C2C), contractor placement, and resource alignment.
  • Promote services such as web/mobile app development, SaaS solutions, ERP/CRM systems, cloud engineering, automation workflows, etc.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting- qualification- pitching- proposal - negotiation- closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Recruitment, Pre-Sales, Delivery) for flawless project execution.
  • Build strong client relationships across US, UK, Middle East, and European markets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales reporting.

Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of international BD experience in IT services or staff augmentation.
  • Proven track record in C2C staffing, contractor placement, and resource bench utilization.
  • Experience closing deals across global markets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Understanding of digital technologies (web/mobile, SaaS, ERP/CRM, cloud, automation, AI).
  • Ability to meet revenue targets and deliver measurable KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Computer Science.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
  • Experience with outbound tools (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, LinkedIn Navigator).
  • Awareness of IT trends, tech outsourcing models, and global staffing standards.
