Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Delivery Customer Experience Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The role involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, providing effective customer support, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing strategies to improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Proven Customer Satisfaction track record
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Analytical Skills for evaluating customer feedback and implementing improvements
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus
